The independent rating agency Scope affirms the current asset management rating of the Deka Group in the real estate segment at AA+. With the tatest rating in 2023, Scope has once again acknowledged Deka lmmobilien's excellent quality and extensive expertise.

The architectural landmark "Sugar Cube" in Helsinki welcomes new tenants. Following the arrival of the international law firm DLA Piper in early 2023. llmatar, a renowned renewable energy company, is moving in. A roof-top restaurant will open in 2024 led by the award chef Tommi Tuominen.

Deka Immobilien has successfully let 45,000 sqm of its Warehouse Bierun to Auto Partner (AP) for another 10 years. There are plans to further extend AP's area in the future by taking over other tenant's areas.

Deka Immobilien has orchestrated two significant lettings at the Kranhaus 1 office property, located in Cologne's esteemed Rheinauhafen (Im Zollhafen 18). Rödt & Partner GmbH has prolonged its occupancy of 2,589 sqm of office space until September 30, 2033, and has furthermore secured the rental of the uppermost 14th floor.

The DC Tower, which at 250 m is Austria's tallest office building and also one of the slimmest skyscrapers in the world, is now fully leased.

The newly renovated buiding "Ville L'Eveque" in Paris has successfully leased its 4, 179 sqm sqm to the law firm Simmons & Simmons for 12 years. even befo,e completion of the renovation.
