Deka Immobilien has sold the property “Amazon Fulfillment Center Hartford” in Connecticut to a subsidiary of Winstanley Enterprises, a private real estate investment company based in Concord, Massachusetts. The purchase price amounts to USD 122.3 million.

The auditing and consulting services organization PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH WPG Germany (PwC) has extended a lease for an additional 7,200 sqm at Frankfurt's TOWER185. The anchor tenant has had a crucial presence there since the building's completion in 2012.
