To do so, we rely on our decades of experience in managing commercial real estate, as well as measures to improve carbon footprints, conserve resources and reduce costs. Local presence, international network
Being close to the markets and understanding our tenants’ needs are top priorities for our leasing team. Still, things work differently in Munich than they do in Milan or Paris, and hotels are not shopping centres.That’s why we’re active on the ground – supported by strong asset, property and facility management partners. When it comes to hotels and shopping centres, we act as a strategic partner to our centre managers, tenants and hotel operators.
With around 300 properties, Germany is our most important location. Throughout our domestic market, our asset managers and leasing experts are represented at offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. We have also expanded our international presence in recent years. Today, we maintain offices in key European markets in Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, Milan, Paris and Warsaw, as well as a US branch office in New York.
Our network of respected property and facility management partners allows us to fulfil our global asset management mission locally and provide local service – managed from our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main – for our buildings in Australia, Austria, Canada, Chile, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
