The flex-office provider Patchwork is the new tenant in the attractive Parisian office building located at 8/12 Rue Sainte Cécile in the 9th Arrondissement. Alongside the properties at Place de la République (11th Arrondissement) and in Rue Taitbout (9th Arrondissement), this marks the third building in Deka Immobilien's portfolio to be leased by Patchwork.
Situated in the Grands Boulevards district, the real estate complex boasts 9,400 sqm of rental space and offers large, continuous platforms on each floor, approximately 1,400 sqm each, with space that is efficient and flexible in use. In addition, there are outdoor areas and more than 100 parking spaces.
Patchwork will take over the entire office building under a 12-year fixed lease agreement and will carry out renovation and modernization works to unlock the full potential of the building and to respond to the growing demand for flexibility from its major clients.

Deka Immobilien acquired the building in 2020 during the Covid pandemic for the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund WestInvest ImmoValue. It stands for the development and value creation strategy of Deka Immobilien's assets in the French capital. The leasing was carried out with exclusive support from CBRE.
