The Booking.com Campus in Amsterdam has been honored with the “Best Workplace Experience” award at the MIPIM Awards 2025 in Cannes. Acquired by Deka Immobilien in late 2022 as an investment for two of our open-ended real estate funds for €566 million, this state-of-the-art campus serves as the international headquarters for Booking.com, the global market leader in online travel.
