The property features five halls, each equipped with internal office wings. Details of the sale price remain confidential.
The property encompasses a land area of 95,251 m² and a total rental space of 46,180 m², of which 44,732 m² is logistics space and 1,448 m² is office space. It was constructed in two phases between 2008 and 2009 and includes five halls, each with internal office wings. Additionally, there are a total of 122 parking spaces available, including 100 for cars and 22 for trucks. The property is leased to Schäflein Logistics GmbH, one of the largest contract logistics providers in Germany, and is part of the WestInvest TargetSelect Logistics fund portfolio.
The Ruhr Logistics Hub is conveniently located in one of Germany’s most significant logistics centers in the Ruhr area (Schwerte-Westhofen), with quick access to the A45, A1, and A46 highways, and is only 16 minutes from Dortmund Airport.
This transaction was part of the WestInvest TargetSelect Logistics fund strategy, which aims to sell older assets with capital gains and replace them with newly completed core properties.
