Deka Immobilien has acquired a high-quality logistics property in Hessen for one of its special funds. This newly constructed facility, with 18,000 sqm of logistics space, was completed this year and is situated in a highly favorable logistical infrastructure environment between the Kirchheimer and Hattenbacher interchanges in Hessen.
The specialized project developer Lang & Cie. Industrial AG is responsible for the realization. Deka Immobilien has secured Advastore SE as a long-term tenant, who will also equip the property with state-of-the-art intralogistics. As sustainable construction is always a top priority for Deka Immobilien, a DGNB Gold certification is being pursued.
