Deka Immobilien announces the successful conclusion of multiple lease agreements for office and retail spaces, totaling around 1,700 sqm, in the prestigious business complex Specks Hof / Hansa Haus in the heart of Leipzig. One of the new tenants is Aldi, introducing a city concept on approximately 1,000 sqm on Grimmaische Straße.
