With the purchase of the 38,000 sqm logistics hall in the Industrial Campus Vienna East (ICVE), fully leased to Hornbach AG, Deka Immobilien has completed the final piece in the development of Austria's largest logistics park.
Located in Enzersdorf an der Fischa with excellent transport connections, the logistics campus covers an impressive 170,000 sqm of state-of-the-art warehouse space, divided into more than 25 rental units. It provides leading companies in e-commerce, retail, and contract logistics with first-class storage and distribution facilities.
With the acquisition of the final construction phase in ICVE, we have completed a very successful transaction. Our vision, formulated together with DLH Austria, to create Austria's largest logistics park has been realized on schedule and fully leased after five years of development.
