The office building is also the first in-use-building in Poland to be certified with the highest platinum rating. This certification confirms that the building meets the world's highest standards in smart technologies, providing users with the highest levels of comfort, efficiency and sustainable management.
Generation Park Z, acquired by Deka Immobilien in 2020 for the open-ended real estate fund Deka Immobilien Europa, is part of the Generation Park office complex. The 18,000 sqm building is situated in Warsaw’s rapidly developing business district near Rondo Daszyńskiego. Designed with the future in mind, it is equipped with advanced technological solutions that support both operational management and user experience. Among its tenants are leading international companies from the financial, technology, and consulting sectors.
Generation Park Z sets standards for smart real estate management right from the start
The building was delivered with an operational BIM model, enabling integrated Facility Management on the Dalux platform. Additionally, a tenant platform with mobile access via a building application powered by Sharry, provides users with an intuitive way to manage office space.
