Beginning in autumn 2026, the auditing and consulting firm Deloitte will become the new anchor tenant at the Berlin property, Campus Hackescher Markt, leasing 20,300 sqm of office and terrace space on a long-term basis. With Deloitte’s move-in, the property – part of our open-ended real estate fund WestInvest InterSelect since 2014 – will be fully leased.
Prior to occupancy, the property will undergo comprehensive modernization and upgrades. These works include the renewal of elevators, the creation of a new conference floor, and the installation of advanced technical infrastructure for smart building applications. The handover of the rental spaces is scheduled for summer 2026.
