When it comes to a spectacular work environment, the DC Tower in Vienna stands in a league of its own. At 250 meters tall with 60 floors, it is one of the city’s most striking landmarks. Since 2017, it has been part of the Deka Immobilien portfolio, and since 2018, it has served as the headquarters of PwC Austria. Now, the international consulting firm has secured its premium office space for the long term, extending its lease until 2033. A strong commitment to one of Austria’s most iconic business locations.
PwC occupies a total of 16,338 sqm in the DC Tower, including 14,277 sqm of office space, 1,598 sqm of storage, and 464 sqm dedicated to the exclusive Sky Lounge with a terrace on the 58th floor. A "Green Lease" contract further underscores the company’s commitment to sustainability.

The DC Tower is a masterpiece by Dominique Perrault, one of France’s most renowned architects, known for his minimalist and futuristic designs. Completed in 2014, the building combines architectural elegance with sustainable construction and cutting-edge technology. With a gross floor area of 93,600 sqm, it offers 75,000 sqm of flexible, future-oriented office space. Each floor provides around 1,200 sqm of rental space—efficiently utilized and offering breathtaking views.
The DC Tower also impresses with its outstanding technical specifications: Weighing 290,000 tons, it is one of the most structurally stable high-rises of its kind. 29 high-speed elevators travel at up to 8 meters per second, nearly three times faster than conventional lifts. Despite its exceptionally slim silhouette, the tower was designed with earthquake resilience in mind. Its folded glass façade creates dynamic reflections depending on light conditions, shaping the Vienna skyline with its sleek, asymmetrical design. The intelligent façade system optimizes light and heat intake, while energy-efficient building technology ensures modern climate control. Sustainable materials were already used during the construction phase.
