Which area would you like to strengthen? 

Insights into our areas of activity

  • Investment Manager
    In interdisciplinary teams with specialists for regions and types of use, our investment managers are responsible for the entire transaction process: from deal sourcing, structuring and implementation of individual investments and complex portfolio and corporate deals, to the realisation of exit strategies.

  • Fund Management
    The team develops the fund strategy and keeps an eye on the overall performance by managing the fund. Fund management assumes responsibility for fund and budget planning as well as liquidity and currency management. Research-based analyses form the basis for strategic investment solutions and options for the portfolio properties. In addition, fund management decides on purchases and sales in accordance with the respective fund strategy.

  • Real Estate Project Manager 
    In this position, you will carry out technical due diligence with external partners, support the acquisition process, implement planning and construction measures, manage and control the external project participants and technical property managers, and bear budget responsibility for the construction measures.

  • Real Estate Management
    The team has the exciting task of further developing our property portfolio in a strategic and yield-oriented manner. As a property and market specialist, you will work with technical managers and specialists from other areas to develop sustainable property strategies, implement conversion, modernisation, and letting concepts, negotiate lease agreements, and support acquisition and sales processes.

  • Marketing
    New challenges every day and lots of variety – that’s what our communications professionals love about their job: From property marketing, events, online media support, social media activities for the property business area to strengthening our brand and more.

  • ESG & Smart Building Project Management
    As part of the team, you will develop digitalisation and sustainability strategies for existing properties, which you will incorporate into specific concepts and profitability analyses for efficient property management. You will also support the operational units in the technical implementation of ESG measures.

  • Property Valuation
    The team organises and supports the preparation of external appraisals for the global property portfolio, prepares scenario and forecast calculations, and is involved in the acquisition and sale process, as well as in the funds’ financial year planning. This high level of expertise is based on in-depth market research and property viewings in the national and international investment markets.

  • Risk Controlling
    Little routine, lots of variety. The tasks include the IT-based preparation of risk management reports and in particular the analysis of potential or emerging risks, the development of countermeasures, or the independent restructuring of reorganisation or liquidation cases. The further development and maintenance of ESG systems at the fund and company level are further mainstays, as is the support of acquisition transactions.

  • IT & Data Engineer
    Data is a key asset in our business. As an IT expert, you will play a decisive role in shaping the smart future of our company. Our teams deliver the technology and IT concepts that our customers need. From administration to various IT tools and SAP applications such as fund planning processes, service provider monitoring, and the Digital Innovation Lab.
